Instructions To The Candidates

Welcome to the online student services. The registration procedure for obtaining the original degree certificates from JNTU Hyderabad in XI Convocation is through online mode only. The candidates have to furnish their particulars including Provisional Certificate (PC) number and the address for communication in online mode. The application fee of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees only) can be paid either by making online Payment (using Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking). Those Students who have applied for degree in Pre-Convocation mode should not apply for this Convocation. The Students Who have already paid Rs. 600/- for the Original Degree (OD) fee in their College need to pay Additional fee of Rs. 400/-, however the registration is compulsory in this Convocation for obtaining the OD. For carrying out the registrations using this application software, the candidates are informed to create their account by furnishing their personal details. Further the candidates are informed to remember their passwords for any future correspondence or updates. The User name shall be the hall-ticket number of the candidate during the study of the course for which he/she is seeking the Original Degree certificate. The Original Degree Certificate (other than PhDs) shall be sent to the candidates to the correspondence address mentioned at the time of online registration. Procedure to Apply Original Degree in XI Convocation
Check the eligibility to apply Original Degree in XI Convocation:
Open this https://studentservices.jntuh.ac.in/XIconvocation/home.html , go to login page, click on Convocation Details at right bottom of page. Enter Hall ticket number and captcha then submit the page to check eligibility. The following are the screens to appear like

If you are eligible in XI Convocation, the above information will display that means Eligible in 11 Convocation and need to pay 1000 for it.
Note: If student paid 600/- at college, then additional fee of Rs: 400/- has to pay, otherwise Rs: 1000/- has to pay
Registration Process to apply for Original Degree in XI Convocation
Each Student Registration is mandatory to apply Original Degree in XI-Convocation. Click on RegisterMe and register. Filling of correct details are mandatory while registration (Figure:5 & Figure:6), otherwise no login password sent to your mobile number and email address. Login password will sent to registered mobile number and email address at the time of Registration done successfully. The following are the screens will appear while registration process.

Login Process to apply for Original Degree in XI Convocation
Username is Hall ticket number and Password is sent to registered mobile number and email at the time of registration process. After Login, goto ONLINE SERVICES then click on ORIGINAL DEGREE, then the Original Degree Application Page appears as follows

However the verification of Provisional Certificate (PC) is important in this page to complete the application process. After PC matched, select Preferred delivery mode and choose the address type(Within India or International), then add the correct address to post the Original Degree(OD) and press the submit application button to next page.

Upload scanned copy of Provisional Certificate (PC) & Passport size Photo copy and check the amount to be paid and go for
to pay online, then the page redirects to SBI merchants to facilitates the online payments methods. Select the payments type and pay the amount

After transaction success, the page will automatically redirects to JNTUH page and displays the success page as shown below and go for Click here to generate the acknowledgement.

Tracking of OD Application
To track application, click on TRACK APPLICATION and follow the status

Note: Dispatch number and Date will update after notification closed
Forgot Password:
Click on the Forgot Password and fill the same details as when registered (otherwise details mismatch cannot send passwords) and click on Send My Password, then password will sent to registered mobile number and email.

Password Reset:
To reset password, After login goto ACCOUNT, then click on CHANGE PASSWORD, then the following page appears and change the password.
